Danvers Fleury, Co-Founder
Role: Field General
Danvers runs strategy & innovation at Change & Course. His primary concern is facilitating the growth and optimal positioning of new concepts. In 2008 he founded Converdant: The Business Builders, a management consultancy for green startups powered by the innovation platform he used at Idea Crossing’s Innovation Challenge, where he captained the World Championship team in 2007 and the Most Innovative US team (2nd overall) in 2006. Prior to this, Danvers ran Domania.com’s business- to- consumer division from 2002 through 2004, where he created several new forms of integrated advertising content and more than doubled operating revenues. After Domania.com was purchased by LendingTree, LLC, he worked as an online marketer for Equinox (acquired by Oracle) and peer- to- peer lending firm CircleLending (now Virgin Money). Fleury’s writing has been published on Businessweek.com and his business plan work has been featured on CNN/Money and Fortune Small Business Magazine. He received an MBA in General Management and Sustainable Enterprise as a Premiere Fellow at UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Adam Schultz, Co-Founder
Role: Market Evangelist
Adam believes in the power of individuals. He guarantees user centric outcomes at Change & Course through go-to-market & grow-the-market strategies as well as accountability system architecture. In 2006, he founded online marketing firm Bold Interactive, Inc. Before founding Bold, Adam spent 10 years on all sides of the online marketing world, with his last position as head of Research & Product Development for Market Smart Interactive, a search engine marketing company in Morrisville, North Carolina where he started as a staff Marketing Consultant. Adam has run and contributed to online marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, including AOL, Sony Ericsson, Bayer, Lowe’s and Motorola . Adam holds a BFA in design from the University of North Florida.
Erik Snyder, Venture Developer
Role: Market Cartographer
If successful marketing is a journey, then Erik is responsible for plotting the course. He uses his powers of observation, analysis and insight to create a smooth path for walking with clients as we reach their goals together. Prior to joining Change & Course, Erik worked as a marketing generalist for start-up tech companies in the Triangle area. Most recently, he marketed for RadarFind, a biotech firm which was successfully acquired by TeleTracking Technologies in late 2009. Erik holds a BS in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
Millee Massey, Client Operations
Role: Air Traffic Control
Millee runs all aspects of client operations at Change & Course and is in charge of consistently evolving our partner experience. She previously held the position of senior account executive at First Research, a Dun & Bradstreet Company where she managed an $800,000, 400 account book of business, achieving a market leading renewal rate of over 90%. Millee also held the position of Senior Account Representative of MemberHub.com where she built the SAAS startups customer communication systems from scratch. Millee holds a BA in Communications from Meredith College.
Tyler Johnson, Venture Developer
Role: Quant Guru & Biz-Tech Hybrid
Tyler is in charge of overseeing operations automation, algorithm development, and serves as a technical liasion with clients. He was given the Faculty Award in Computer Science for being top of his class at Furman University, while also majoring in Business and captaining the cross country and track teams for two years. His past experience includes working for three years at Lenovo as a Financial Analyst and Planner where he helped to streamline the financial reporting process for the $1B / year Peripherals business to meet executive requirements, revolutionizing actionable analytics.
