We run an open project management system so that you get to see the work we do as it happens. We employ constant feedback cycles so that projects wisely change course based on new information. We deploy forward looking metric measurements on your projects so that you know, in advance, if things are working well and why this is the case.

We prefer performance based compensation once mutual trust and performance capability has been established.

Change & Course has made a study of agile programming methodology in the software development space and has modified and evolved its principles towards their application to business services. We pair our team members to engage in constant quality and check-ins. We rotate partners as “Micro-Managers” for hourly check-ins to consistently deploy resources and course corrections on an as needed basis. We architect our work flow on a day to day basis and deploy team innovation exercises in advance of likely bottlenecks to keep things running fast and smooth. The result is high quality work, very, very fast. We find that velocity can be the difference between success and failure in entrepreneurial projects.
